Pivot Charter School Riverside is excited to announce its move to a new Resource Center, located at 700 N. Main Street in Corona.
The new 4,450-square-foot Resource Center site provides Pivot Riverside with more classrooms, a larger elementary classroom and more shared spaces for group learning. Pivot Riverside teachers and staff have already moved into the building but students will continue to participate in remote learning until at least February 12, 2021.
“We have been looking forward to moving to our new Pivot Riverside Resource Center location, and I’m thrilled that the new site is now a reality,” said Pivot Charter Schools Executive Director Jayna Gaskell. “While we don’t know yet exactly when we’ll resume face-to-face learning, whenever we do, this new site will enable us to better meet the needs of our students.”
The site of the current Resource Center was formerly a Payless Shoe Store. Pivot Charter School worked with contractors on tenant improvements to transform the space into a student-friendly learning environment.
“I want to share a special thanks with the entire team who helped realize our vision for the new Pivot Riverside site, including our dedicated Pivot staff, our contractors and architects, and the City of Corona,” Gaskell said.
